About Us

 Danny is the owner of Hot Tub First Aid and brings over 20 years of experience in hot tub service and repairs. He is a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and has attended numerous industry trainings and conferences to stay current with the latest products, techniques, and best practices.

As owner, Danny works closely with both new and existing customers while overseeing the daily operations of the business. He leads the field team through scheduling, training, inventory management, purchasing, and quality control. His extensive industry knowledge, hands-on approach, and commitment to customer satisfaction have been instrumental in the growth and success of Hot Tub First Aid.

 Co-Owner Mandi joined Hot Tub First Aid in September 2023 and works alongside Danny to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. Her responsibilities include scheduling, bookkeeping, and communication with both staff and customers to help ensure everything runs smoothly. Mandi also brings nearly 20 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, providing valuable expertise in customer service, organization, and business operations. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, you can still find her out in the field from time to time helping the team and connecting with customers. 

 Blade Sharpless was our very first employee, starting in July 2023—and he's also our son! With five years of hands-on experience in hot tub and pool services, Blade has become a valued member of the Hot Tub First Aid team. He is currently expanding his expertise through repair training, allowing him to provide even more support to our customers. His dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning make him an important part of our growing family business. We are proud to have him on our team as we continue serving our customers with reliable, professional hot tub and pool care. 

 Joe joined our team in March 2024 and quickly became a valued member of the Hot Tub First Aid family. With seven years of experience in the hot tub and pool industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to every job. As part of our management team, Joe is known for his exceptional service skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic. He is continually expanding his repair knowledge and is always looking for ways to better serve our customers. His passion, dedication, and unmatched drive make him a tremendous asset to our team, and we are incredibly grateful to have him on board. 

 Toby joined the Hot Tub First Aid team in May 2024 and has become a skilled service technician. He has developed a strong foundation in service work and has begun training in repair basics to expand his knowledge. Toby has grown into one of our lead service technicians and helps train new team members. His strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn have made him an important part of our team, and we appreciate the dedication he brings to Hot Tub First Aid every day.
